How to use an interdental brush correctly

Hold the brush at an angle, push it in a little, straighten it, push it right through. Pull it out, you’re done.

Once in and out again. You’re done
Please do this cleaning movement only once. Some manufacturers recommend doing it several times, as well as even rotating the brush, but this only increases the danger of injury.

Once is all it takes
Thanks to their design, all it takes is a single cleaning movement with a CURAPROX interdental brush: push it in, pull it out, you’re done. Plaque is gone, gently and carefully.

Useful helpers -

1. Place an interdental brush at the point where the interdental gap begins, tilt the tip at an angle to the centreline of the teeth and push it in gently at the correct angle as far as the centre of the teeth..

Useful helpers -

2. Without putting any more pressure on the brush, hold the handle at 90° to the teeth.

Useful helpers -

3. Push the brush through with care and then pull it out – job done!

Use pressure – but no force

Some pressure is required to insert the brush, but not too much. Your gums can be damaged by careless use of the brush.
